Quiet location still close to town, beautiful views, clean and comfortable

The property is about 10 minutes walk from the main Sa Pa town, but this meant it was quiet and away from all the noise so it was very peaceful. The accommodation is well kept and clean with great views and has free filtered water for guests. Laundry service is great too and the resident pup and pug were so fun to play with! Breakfast was good and Ha helped us book transfers back to Hanoi as well as the Fansipan cable car. We really enjoyed our stay.

The family that owns the property makes you feel part of them. Super cozy, very good breakfast, and they really take care of you. One of the best places we have been so far in Vietnam.

I love the employees here. They are very understanding towards my mother, who is elderly. They are always ready to help and answer any questions. I love tin tin and Buff

I am staying on the 4th floor and there is no elevator here. The rooms do not have soundproofing, so you may hear the sound of people playing pool when someone is playing.

Would stay again because of the lovely staff.

Cool eclectic place. Staff were sooooo nice and went above and beyond in every way possible. Loved the dogs, the pool table, tea and fruit in the lounge. Super comfy beds. We got in really early and they let us have a room for our kids to nap and to shower in until ours was ready which was a total lifesaver!

Location wasn’t the best. Not in the center of town but also not pastoral. No views.

Awesome cozy experience

Great food around the location even though it is a 10 mins uphill walk from sapa town area. Host was very friendly and make us feel warm. Pre booked a motorcycle from them and it is fuss free and not overcharged
